Message the seller directly from the product page. Ask questions and arrange delivery details before paying.

Pay safely via Paystack

Your payment is held in escrow — it does NOT go to the seller immediately. It is held safely until you confirm receipt.

Confirm receipt

Once your item arrives in good condition, click "Confirm Receipt". The seller gets paid instantly. You can also leave a review.

For Sellers

Register & verify your NIN

Create your seller account and verify your National Identification Number. This gives you a verified badge that buyers trust.

Set up your store

Add your store name, description, and location. Your verified seller certificate is generated automatically.

Post your products

List items with up to 5 photos, description, price, and location. Free sellers can post 3 products per day. Upgrade for unlimited.

Chat & deliver

Buyers will message you through the platform. Agree on delivery, ship the item, and mark it as shipped in your dashboard.

Get paid

Once the buyer confirms receipt, your earnings (minus platform commission) are released to your account via Paystack.

What happens if I don't receive my item?

If your item does not arrive, do NOT click "Confirm Receipt". Instead raise a dispute from your orders page. Our admin team will review both sides and decide — either refunding you or releasing payment to the seller.

When does the seller get paid?

The seller gets paid immediately after you click "Confirm Receipt". If you do not confirm within 7 days of the item being marked as shipped, payment is automatically released to the seller.

Why do sellers need to verify their NIN?

NIN verification ensures every seller is a real, identifiable person. This eliminates anonymous scammers and gives buyers confidence that if anything goes wrong, there is accountability.

How much does it cost to sell?

Creating a seller account is free. Free sellers can post up to 3 products per day. A small platform commission (set by the admin) is deducted from each completed sale. Upgrade to paid plan for unlimited posts.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All payments are processed by Paystack, one of Africa's leading payment processors. We never store your card details. Your money is held securely until transaction is complete.
